This training is for:
Group Scout Leaders, Assistant Group Scout Leaders, District Commissioners, Deputy District Commissioners, District Youth Commissioners, County Commissioner, Deputy County Commissioners, County Youth Commissioner, District Scouters, County Scouters, Scout Active Support Managers, County Training Managers, Local Training Managers (depending on role description), District Explorer Scout Commissioners, District Scout Network Commissioners, Assistant District Commissioners, Assistant County Commissioners
To support you in your manager or supporter role, The Scouts provides training that builds upon your existing skills, knowledge and experience and provides you with the additional skills and knowledge you need to ensure that you can carry out your role to the best of your ability.
SKILLS COURSE
We are pleased and excited to announce our next series of taking the lead learning for managers and supporters, which covers all three of the managers and supporters skills courses: skills of management, meeting the challenges and achieving growth.
This learning is designed to support you in your role, and builds upon your existing skills, knowledge, and experience to enable you to carry out your role with maximum effect and to the very best of your ability.
This blended learning consists of a mix of zoom sessions and a weekend course. We want to provide learning opportunities that are easy to access and relevant to your needs so you can book to attend each individual skills course, a mix of courses or the complete series!
